Impact Porter Novelli Enters 2026 with Momentum from New Client Wins, Team Expansion and Regional Growth

Dubai, UAE: 26 January 2026 – Impact Porter Novelli (IPN), a full-service PR agency within Omnicom and part of the Impact BBDO network, enters 2026 following a year of new client wins, regional growth and continued investment in talent and integrated capabilities.
In 2025, IPN secured new mandates and renewals across diverse sectors, ranging from electric vehicles and real estate to equestrian sports and government-related entities. In Saudi Arabia, the agency extended its partnership with Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) for a further two-year term, reflecting an expanded scope aligned with SEVEN’s continued growth and evolving communications needs across the Kingdom.
As client briefs increasingly demand integrated delivery, IPN strengthened collaboration across its Omnicom network, partnering with BBDO, OMD, Impact Proximity, Hearts & Science and The Farm to bring strategy, creativity, media and production together in service of stronger outcomes. This approach was reflected through the partnership between Shamal Holding and Omnicom, which delivered signature campaigns with proven results throughout 2025. The same model supported the launch of Saudi-based OceanQuest as a global, science-led initiative, contributing to a contract extension for an additional term. IPN also continued its collaboration with OMD on Clorox, building on the 2024 success of a culturally led consumer research programme, and extending the partnership into 2025.
To support continued growth across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the agency expanded its team in Q4 2025, welcoming five new hires across multiple levels, from Account Executives through to Account Director. The company also promoted Sumitra Roy from Associate Director to Director and Shifa Al Usman from Account Director to Senior Account Director, recognising their contributions to leadership and revenue growth. Sumitra leads day-to-day operations, supported by long-standing senior team members, reinforcing a culture of collaboration, continuity and care across the business.
Commenting on the agency’s outlook, Sumitra Roy, Director at Impact Porter Novelli, said, “IPN’s approach in 2026 is simple - partner well, plan with insight, and deliver in an integrated way. With data and intelligence informing our work and Omnicom capabilities alongside us, we can match the right solution to the brief and deliver outcomes clients can stand behind across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.”
Reflecting the quality and effectiveness of its work, IPN received industry recognition in 2025. At the MEPRA Awards, the agency won Bronze in the Best Consumer Goods Campaign category for its work with Clorox Scentiva. The “Disinfect and Set the Mood” campaign was recognized for its culturally rooted insight and its ability to connect functional efficacy with emotional consumer appeal. IPN was also shortlisted as one of five contenders for Small Agency of the Year, alongside eight additional shortlists across other categories.
At the PRCA MENA Awards, IPN received a Highly Commended recognition in the Best Travel & Lifestyle Campaign category for its work on EXIT139, a first-of-its-kind BASE jump event from Burj Khalifa, nominated in three categories.
As IPN continues to evolve, it remains anchored in its culture and values. Heading into 2026, the agency builds on a strong platform with new talent and fresh ideas, focused on delivering meaningful results for clients across the region.
