Place Communications achieves Great Place to Work certification for the year 2023-2024

April 25, 2023 - Place Communications, the Abu Dhabi based independent strategic communications consultancy, has secured Great Place to Work certification for the year 2023/2024, with a perfect 100 percent score on The Great Place to Work Statement. This is a testament to its continuous commitment to a positive and progressive workplace culture.

Survey results collected from the company’s full-time, all-women employees show an average of all statements of 89 percent. This result, which is higher than the average achieved by UAE-based companies, underscores Place Communications’ emphasis on forging a people-focused environment and its strategic emphasis on employee wellbeing. 

Place Communications has achieved 90 per cent or higher across almost half of all the focus areas of the survey, including Justice (98%), Corporate Image (95%), Leadership (92%) Integrity (95%), Engagement (94%), Pride (91%), Community (91%) and Camaraderie (91%). The company has achieved above 80% across nearly all other focus areas, including Innovation (89%), Competence (89%), Respect (86%) and Fairness (86%).
